• They are NOT ready made designs, or iron ons.  

When and how will I receive my design?

If you are not redirected back to our site, do not fret, and email will be sent to the address your provided on your order form. After your order process you should recieve an instant download link. You will also receive an email containing the links within minutes of your purchase.When you click the links your download will begin. It is a zipped file, so in order to use the design you must unzip the file first! Make sure your computer settings are set to allow zip files. You will need to unzip or extract all the files you need before moving them to your USB Flash Drive or sending them to your computer.

I can't login to my account, what do I do?

If for some reason the link to the download page does not accept your username and password. Double check the password through the email, and try accessing the account page from the email that was sent.

Do you offer instant download?

 Once your order is complete you will should be redirected to the instant download link by clicking finialize order. If you get an error message or "Order failed" message, check your email account. You will also receive an email containing the download links.These links are set to not expire as of 3/11/2012.

What do I need to purchase and use a design?

You will need an embroidery machine with a USB or box reader for file transfers. You will also need all proper software and devices to transfer the design to your embroidery machine.These are machine embroidery and applique designs and must be completed on an embroidery machine designed to read and stitch files. They are digital files that you must finish on an embroidery machine.

What format's do the designs come in?

All deisgns come in .pes, .xxx, .jef, .sew, .exp, .vip, .vp3, .dst, and hus. If you need a different format, please feel free to contact me. I may can convert to other formats.These are the most popular and included in the files found on the site.

What can I do with my designs?
Thank you so much for your purcahse! Our prices and sales hopefully offer you a great way to build your applique library. We ask that you do not share our designs to friends, or resale the digital files in any form.

LIMITATIONS OF USE
All of our designs grant the end user (you) unlimited personal and commercial use. If you need something just for one personal project on your list or if you are a business in need of special quality designs, we invite you to purchase. However, because our designs are copyrighted, you may not purchase designs with the intent to resell them as your own in any way shape or form, such as but not limited to, starting your own applique digital design website or business, or adding our designs to your current digital inventory for sell on your own website. Flipping the applique to a mirror image, adding to appliques we offer, or resizing them are not conditions in which our designs would become a work of your own. Such acts will not be tolerated and will result in legal actions and contact as well as having your account closed, registration deleted and your ip address blocked. We take such actions very seriously and will hold offenders to the full extent of the law.

REFUNDS
We take great pride in our designs here at Applique Junkie. We test each one to ensure that each design will stitch beautifully! Our website monitors download accesses of clients, so we can confirm your digital delivery at any time. We also have a record of each email sent from the site and a list of orders. Due to the digital nature of the order and instant downlaod and automatic email messaging of files, refunds are not available.

Digital designs are not to be sold or altered in anyway for resale.
